In order to guarantee the legal certainty of Duckionary's activities, the "Duckological Society" was founded on 16 February 2024 at the Austrian Ministry of the Interior under the Associations Act of 2002. In German, this non-profit association is called "Duckologische Gesellschaft" and uses the ZVR number 1203757891 in external dealings.
